    If you like things spicy, try this quick and easy preparation for steak. It
    goes together in a flash and cn be cooked under the broiler at home or
    over an outdoor grill at a barbecue or on a camping trip.

    List of Ingredients




    LowCarb - Tabasco Pepper Steaks

    4 New York strip steaks, 8 oz. each
    about 8 tsps. hot pepper sauce
    coarsely ground black pepper

    Preheat a grill or broiler. Rub each side of the steaks with about 1/2
    teaspoon of the pepper sauce. Sprinkle both sides with the coarsely ground
    pepper and pat the pepper into the steaks. Grill or broil until done to your
    liking, turning once during cooking. This steak is best when served
    medium-rare.
    Serves 4.
