    LowFat - Cherry Custard Cake

    List of Ingredients

    Cherry Custard Cake

    1 10" angel food cake torn into bite size pieces
    . . . .(your own or store bought)
    1 1.4oz. pkg. sugar free, INSTANT vanilla pudding mix
    1 1/2 c. 2% milk
    1 c. light sour cream
    1 21oz. can light cherry pie filling

    Press angel food pieces into an 11x7 inch baking dish.
    In a mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix, milk and light sour cream. Beat until thickened, about 2 minutes. Spread over cake.
    Spoon the cherry pie filling evenly over the top of the cake.
    Chill thoroughly until serving time.
    Makes 12 Servings
