    Marinated Vegetable Salad

    2 cups cauliflower pieces
    2 cups broccoli pieces
    1 tomato, diced
    1 bell pepper, cut in strips
    1, 8ounce bottle fat free Italian dressing

    Mix together and chill several hours. Makes 6 servings.
