    LowFat - No Crust Pumpkin Pie

    No Crust Pumpkin Pie

    2 c. solid pack canned pumpkin
    2 c. water
    1 c. dry low fat milk powder
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. brown sugar substitute
    1/2 tsp. light salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves

    Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 9" glass pie pan with cooking spray.
    Mix all the ingredients together and pour into the pie pan.
    Bake for 1 hour, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Makes 8 servings.
