    LowFat - Peachy Pork Tenderloin

    List of Ingredients

    Peachy Pork Tenderloin

    1 pound lean pork tenderloin
    1/2 cup white wine
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    2 tablespoons peach sugar free jelly

    Pound tenderloin slices to 1/4 inch thickness.
    Coat non stick frying pan with cooking spray.
    Brown slices in frying pan for 3-4 minutes.
    Remove and keep warm.
    Add remaining ingredients to skillet and heat until bubbling.
    Pour over tenderloin slices.
    Makes 4 servings.
