    LowCarb - Rosemary Roast Pork Tenderloin

    Recipe Introduction

    This is rather simple and is also low fat.

    List of Ingredients

    Rosemary Roast Pork Tenderloin

    3 - 4 lbs. pork tenderloin
    3 cloves garlic, cut into slivers
    nonstick cooking spray, or use olive oil from a mister
    2 tsp. dried crushed rosemary
    salt and pepper to taste

    Preheat oven to 425. Lightly coat a roasting pan with the oil.
    Cut small slits throughout the tenderloin and insert the garlic slivers.
    Place the pork in the roasting pan.
    Rub the surface of the meat with the rosemary.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
    Bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours, or until a meat thermometer inserted in center
    registers 160 - 170.(well done).

    138 calories; 3 gm fat; 73 mg cholesterol; 57 mg sodium.
