    her comments: It's also called, Drop Diet Fat Burning Soup. Hope you enjoy this soup as much as we do. We try to use it for 1 week each month, to keep up fit and trim.

    List of Ingredients

    Skinny Soup

    5 large green onions
    1-2 large cans of tomatoes
    1 large cabbage
    2 green peppers
    1 bunch of celery (put in all of this)
    1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    1 bottle of V-8 Juice (optional)
    Season with salt, pepper, curry, parsley, etc. if desired
    or beef or chicken bouillon.

    Cut vegetables in small to medium pieces and cover with
    water. Boil fast for ten minutes. Simmer and continue
    cooking until vegetables are tender.

    This soup can be eaten any time you are hungry and will
    not add calories. The more you eat, the more you lose.

    If eaten alone for several days, you would suffer
    malnutrition.
    Fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away for
    the day.
