    LowCarb - Smoked Salmon + Horseradish Dip

    Recipe Introduction

    This dip is especially good on dark rye or pumpernickel bread or toasts.

    List of Ingredients

    Smoked Salmon + Horseradish Dip

    1/2 lb. cured or smoked salmon
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tbsp. dried dill
    2 tbsp. prepared horseradish, (not the sauce)
    salt and pepper to taste

    Place salmon in a blender/food processor and pulse until the salmon is finely chopped.
    Stir in the remaining ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.
    Makes about 2 cups.
