    LowFat - Grilled Southern Pork Chops

    Grilled Southern Pork Chops

    4 boneless, skinless pork chops
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. dried poultry seasoning or sage
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. pepper

    Combine the garlic, paprika, seasoned salt, poultry seasoning, and peppers in a bowl.
    Press the mixture into the pork chops so the seasonings stick.
    Grill the pork chops for 7 - 8 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside.
    Makes 4 servings.
