    LowFat - Stir Fried Ham + Cabbage

    Stir Fried Ham + Cabbage

    1/2 c. dry Butter Bud Sprinkles
    1 16oz. pkg. ready to use cut cole slaw mix
    1 1/2 c. extra lean diced ham
    1/4 c. hot water
    dash of ground black pepper

    Remove the big pieces of the red cabbage from the slaw mix.
    Cook all the ingredients using a high heat, in a large, nonstick frying pan with a lid, for 8 - 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    For more tenderness, cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes six 3/4 cup servings.
