    LowFat - Waldorf Salad

    List of Ingredients

    Waldorf Salad

    3 medium apples, unpeeled and diced
    1/2 cup sliced celery
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/2 cup low calorie mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Combine apple, celery, and raisins in a medium bowl.
    Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice, stirring to well to blend.
    Add to juice mixture, and toss lightly to coat well.
    Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
    Makes 5 servings.

    Calories: 98 Carbohydrates: 18 gm Fiber:1 gm
    Protein: trace Sodium: 19 mg Chol: 12 mg
