    List of Ingredients




    2 medium onions, cut in wedges
    1 bottle dark beer or ale (12oz)
    1 1/2 cups ketchup
    2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    3 pounds frozen meatballs, (about 96)

    Recipe



    Combine onions, beer, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, salt,
    pepper and sugar together in crockpot/slow cooker.
    Cover and cook on low 8 to 12 hours.

    You may cut the recipe in half and/or use your own
    homemade meatballs.
