    Crockpot - Swedish Meat Balls #1

    List of Ingredients

    2 pounds ground beef
    2 eggs
    2/3 cup milk
    2 Tbsp parsley
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1 onion, chopped small
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 cup beef broth

    Recipe

    Mix together the beef, eggs, milk, parsley, oatmeal, onion, salt pepper, and nutmeg. Shape into small balls. Bake on try in a 450 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
    Put the meat balls into slow cooker/Crock Pot, and pour beef broth over top.
    Cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 hours.
