    Ham + Beef Meatballs

    1/2 pound ground beef
    1 pound ground ham or ham loaf
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup cracker crumbs (or oatmeal)
    for sauce:
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1/2 cup water

    Mix meats, egg, milk and cracker crumbs together.
    Roll into balls. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Then roll in flour and put back in dish.
    Mix sauce ingredients together in a pot and bring
    to a boil.
    Pour overmeat balls.
    Cook at 375 degrees F. for 1 hour.
