    List of Ingredients




    Sauerkraut Meatballs, beef/crockpot

    2 pounds ground beef
    1 package onion soup mix
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup bread crumbs

    Mix together all ingredients. Shape into balls. Place
    on greased baking sheet (with raised edges) and bake
    at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Place in crockpot.

    1 (12 ounce) jar chili sauce
    1 cup brown sugar
    12 ounces water (use chili sauce jar)
    1 (1 pound) can sauerkraut
    1 can jellied cranberries

    Mix all together in a pan. Bring to a boil, stirring
    occasionally. Pour over meatballs in crockpot. Cook on
    low for 4-6 hours.
