    great for appetizer

    Sausage + Cheese Meatballs

    1 pound hot sausage
    2 cup biscuit baking mixture
    1 pound extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

    Mix together by hand.
    Roll into small balls.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325 degrees F. until done, 20-25 minutes.
    Makes 50-55. Freezes very well.
