    2 well beaten eggs
    1 lb. ground ham
    1 lb. fresh ground pork
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    6 tbsp. grape or strawberry jelly

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Need 12x9x2 baking dish/pan.
    Mix eggs, pork and ham.
    Add milk to the bread crumbs and add to meat mixture.
    Thoroughly mix together.
    Shape into a loaf and place in dish.
    Pour vinegar, sugar and jelly into saucepan. Stir and heat until the jelly melts and is of good spreading consistency.
    Spoon sauce on top of loaf.
    Bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, basting often.
    Makes 8 servings.
