Recipe Introduction

This is turns out so juicy, and it will melt in your mouth.

List of Ingredients

1 large baking bag
1 whole chicken or beef roast or ribs of choice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
your favorite barbeque sauce
1/4 to 1/2 cup soy sauce


Recipe

Mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder together.
Season the meat all over with it.
Place the meat in the baking bag and pour the barbeque sauce on and around the meat.
Add the soy sauce.
Close the bag, place it in a deep pan, poke 2 holes in it, and bake for the recommended time according to weight.
