    CakeMix - Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

    1, 2 layer box chocolate cake mix, (any brand)
    1, 15 ounce can solid pack pumpkin
    1 egg, optional

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease muffin cups
    or use paper liners.
    Stir cake mix and pumpkin together. Add an egg,
    if desired, nothing else.
    This is a very thick batter.
    Spoon into muffin cups and bake for 15 minutes
    or so, check to see if done.

    Makes a very moist chocolate muffin. You may use
    a spice cake mix for a different flavor.
