    Seedy Muffins

    1 cup flour
    1 cup wholemeal flour
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    1 Tbsp poppy seeds
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
    2 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup honey
    1 Tbsp golden corn syrup
    1/2 tsp cloves
    2 beaten eggs
    1 cup low fat milk

    Preheat oven to 350oF, prepare pans. Melt the butter with the honey, golden
    syrup & cloves until the mixture dissolves; set aside to cool. Mix the flours,
    seeds & baking powder together. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until just
    combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 20 mins. Sprinkle tops with sesame or
    poppy seeds if desired. This is a super-healthy muffin. Makes 12 muffins.
    Nutritional Value: Energy - 140 calories per muffin.
