    Baked Spaghetti w/Ground Beef

    12 ounces to 1 pound spaghetti pasta, cook al dente
    ...to directions on package
    1 pound ground beef
    1 cup of chopped onionsand peppers
    1small can mushroms, drained
    1, 14 3/4 ounce can diced tomatoes
    1 teaspoon of Italian spices
    2 cups shredded Chedder cheese
    1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream soup
    1/4 cup of water
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Brown meat; drain.
    Add onions and peppers; cook until soft.
    Add tomatoes, mushrooms and spices.
    Simmer uncovered for about 10-15 minutes.
    Place everything except the soup, water and Parmesan
    cheese in a big bowl and mix together.
    Pour into a 9x13x2 inch pan.
    In a small bowl add water to soup and mix well.
    Spread on top of the spaghetti mixture.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 35 to 40 minutes.
    Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
