    Lemon + Chive Fettuccine

    6 ounces uncooked fettuccine
    1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
    3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
    OR
    1 tablespoon freeze-dried chives
    1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon margarine -- softened
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon white pepper

    Cook and drain fettuccine as directed on package-except omit salt. Mix
    remaining ingredients; toss with fettuccine. Yield: 4 servings.
