Fried Ravioli
1 package of ravioli ( I use the Celentano's low fat cheese)
flour for dredging
beaten eggs (I use only the whites for health reasons, no yolks)
Seasoned bread crumbs
use your favorite seasonings; we like them spicy so I use cayenne
and garlic, use whatever you like).
Defrost ravioli, pat off excess moisture. Dredge lightly in flour and
shake off excess. Then roll them around in the beaten egg, then in the
bread crumbs or Panko. You can either fry them in oil till they're
browned and crispy, or spray a baking sheet with Pam and bake till
they're crispy and browned. Turn them over halfway through and spray
with Pam on the top side. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
These are really good!
