    Shells, stuffed w/Chicken + Sausage, microwave

    5 ounces Conchiglioni, (conch shell shaped pasta)
    6 ounces ground sausage
    2 scallions, chopped
    1 cup canned chicken
    1/4 pound mushrooms, sauteed
    1/8 package saltine crackers, crushed
    2 Tablespoons white wine
    1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons parsley, separated
    1/2 teaspoon celery salt
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tablespoon ground paprika

    Cook 16 Conchiglioni al dente to package directions.
    Drain. Rinse in cold water to stop the cooking.
    Drain again and set aside.
    Crumble sausage into casserole dish. Add scallions.
    Nuke on high 3 to 4 minutes. Pour off fat.
    Stir in chicken, mushrooms, cracker crumbs, wine,
    the 1/4 cup parsley, and celery salt. Mix well.

    Stuff pastas shells and place 4 in a single serving
    gratin dish.
    Pour Mornay Sauce over top. Cover with plastic wrap.
    Nuke on high for 7 to 8 minutes, turning once.

    Spoon sauce over pasta before serving.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan, parsley and paprika.
    Makes 4 servings.
