    List of Ingredients




    Spinach + Mushroom Pasta

    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 pound mushrooms, sliced thick
    3 cloves garlic ( I use 5 or 6)
    10 oz spinach
    1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes ( I use 3/4 cup at least)
    1/2 -3/4 cups white wine
    Fresh basil or 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
    2/4 tablespoons butter
    pasta of your choice
    crushed red pepper * amount up to you*
    Parmesan cheese

    Heat oil in pan and add crushed red pepper, basil, mushrooms, tomatoes,
    garlic and wine. Cook until the mushrooms are tender.

    Cook pasta until tender, drain and return to pot. Add a little olive
    oil and spinach. Cover pot.

    Add butter to the mushroom mixture, cook until butter is melted. Add
    mushroom mixture to the pasta. Serve and sprinkle with
    cheese.
