Tortellini Vegetable Toss
1 cup dry multi-color cheese tortellini,
...cooked according to package directions and drained
1 package (16 ounces) Fresh Cauliflower, Carrots,
...Brussels Sprouts, cooked according to package directions
3/4 cup Italian Parmesan salad dressing
2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
1-2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
In large bowl, combine tortellini, vegetables, salad dressing and onions. Toss to coat.
Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.
Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
