    1 package of corn muffin mix
    1 egg
    1 to 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic
    1 pound of raw chicken livers

    Recipe



    Puree the uncooked chicken liver in a blender.
    You may have to add just a bit of water so it will liquefy okay.
    Add the liquified liver to the rest of the ingredients.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Place papers into muffin tin.
    Pour batter into papers and bake at 350 for approximately 20
    minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
