1/2 cup butter
3 each squares bakers chocolate
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
3 lightly beaten large eggs
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup chopped pecans, if desired
Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler or
microwave. Beat in sugar, vanilla and eggs. Fold in
flour and nuts. Turn into greased 9 inch pie pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 - 30 minutes, the
center should be moist. Do not over cook. Serve warm
with ice cream.
Makes 6 - 8 servings.
