    List of Ingredients




    1, 9 inch deep dish pie crust
    1 1/2 cups white granulated sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 cups leftover mashed sweet potatoes
    1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
    1/2 cup butter, (1 stick)
    2/3 cup evaporated milk

    Recipe



    Cream together the eggs and sugar.
    Stir in the sweet potatoes, vanilla and butter.
    Add the milk and mix well.
    Pour in pie crust.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
