1 1/2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
1/4 c. softened butter
1/4 c.sugar
3/4 c. orange juice
3/4 pound marshmallows, (12 ounces)
1 1/2 c. heavy cream,whipped
1, 10 ounce package frozen raspberries,thawed
Blend vanilla wafers,butter & sugar together & press firmly into a 9 inch pie plate.Bake in a 375 F. degree oven for 5 minutes. Cool & chill.
Heat orange juice in a double boiler,add marshmallows & stir till melted.Cool mixture & chill in refigerator till partially set. Fold in whipped cream,then raspberries. Pour filling into chilled crumb crust.Top with extra whipped cream several raspberries if desired.
