    donuts - Biscuit #2, fried, easy

    2 cans buttermilk biscuits
    Oil for frying
    powdered confectioners sugar

    Heat oil in deep fryer or electric frying pan to 350 degrees F.
    Cut biscuits in half.
    Drop a few at a time into hot oil until lightly browned, turning
    to brown both sides.
    Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Makes 20.
