Barbecued Pork Ribs, finger lickin good

    4 - 8 country style pork ribs
    1 cup water
1 cup cup white or cider vinegar (apple cider best)
1, 4 ounce bottle liquid smoke
bottle of your favorite barbeque sauce,
...( I prefer a honey bbq or steakhouse style bbq sauce)

Place ribs at the bottom of a gallon sized zip lock type bag.
Cover with water, vinegar, and liquid smoke.
Mix together in bag a little.
Marinate overnight, turning once after several hours.
When ready to cook, remove ribs and place in a covered baking
dish. (Of course, you can always cook these on the grill!)
    Discard marinade.
Bake ribs, covered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
Remove from oven and drain away grease.
Then cover each rib thoroughly with barbecue sauce. Return to oven and bake covered for 1 more hour.

    Delicious!
