Crusted Ham

List of Ingredients
1, 5 pound ham
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 1/2 cups plain breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 freshly minced garlic clove Recipe
Combine the mustard, pepper and rosemary together in a small bowl.
Rub all over the ham.
In a small bowl, mix together the crumbs and parsley. Set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the oil, orange rind, juice and garlic.
Mix with the crumbs.
Press this mixture onto the mustard coated ham.
Place in a roasting pan.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour, or until internal
temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
Makes 10 - 12 servings.
