    Yumm, kielbasa, cabbage, and pierogies all in one
    skillet. Couldn't be easier and is wonderful. You
    can use any kind of pierogi and I used low fat
    kielbasi and pierogi. You can also use mini pierogis.

    Kielbasa w/Pierogies + Cabbage #2

    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 Tablespoons butter
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    1 pound kielbasa, cut into 1/8 inch slices
    33 ounces potato and cheese pierogies
    1 dash ground black pepper

    Saute onions in butter in a regular frying or an electric fry pan.
    Add cabbage, cover, and cook until soft, about 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
    Add kielbasa to pan.
    Cover and cook another 10 minutes or until the kielbasa is cooked.
    Meanwhile, following package directions, cook pierogies either by boiling
    or microwave. Drain.
    Add pierogies to pan and stir. Cook an additional 5 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
