Parmesan Pork Chops
4 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon. pepper
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine egg with salt and pepper in a dish.
In another dish, combine cheese with bread crumbs.
Dip pork chops in egg mixture and then in the
bread crumb mixture.
Heat oil in skillet; brown each chop on both sides.
Bake for 35 minutes, turning chops occasionally.
Serves 4.
