    Pork Chops Supreme

    4 pork chops, trimmed of fat
    salt and pepper
    4 lemon slices
    4 onion slices
    1 cup packed golden brown sugar
    4 tablespoons ketchup

    Coat an 8x8x2 inch baking dish/pan with cooking spray.
    Place the chops in the baking dish. Salt and pepper salt well.
    Top each chop with a lemon and an onion slice. Sprinkle 1/4
    cup of brown sugar on top. Top each with a tablespoon of
    ketchup. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees F, for 1 hour. Uncover.
    Bake for 30 minutes more. Baste occasionally.
