Pork Chops w/Apple Cider Sauce
3 tablespoons Olive oil
4 pork loin chops
seasoning salt to taste
black pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1, 8 ounce can frozen apple cider concentrate, undiluted
1/4 cup dry sherry
Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Heat oil in a large oven-safe frying pan over medium/high heat.
Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and poultry seasoning together
and sprinkle on pork chops. Brown on both sides.
Drizzle the Worcestershire sauce over chops, and then pour the
apple cider in the pan.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until pork chops are tender to liking.
Remove chops to a plate.
Stir sherry into pan and heat over medium/high heat. Let boil
until the sauce thickens, stirring frequently. Serve over chops.
Makes 4 servings.
