Pork Medallions with Dill Sauce

List of Ingredients
1 pound pork tenderloin
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup plain yogurt
4 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weedRecipe
Cut pork from side to side.
Should have small round pork slices.
Flatten with palm of hand into medallions.
Broil pork, 3 - 4 minutes each side.
Sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper, and set aside.
Mix yogurt, dill and mustard together and serve with pork.
Makes 4 servings.
