S-p-a-m - S p a m + Salsa Casserole

1 1/2 cups frozen has brown potatoes, thawed
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
1, 7 ounce container salsa verde
1 can smoked turkey S p a m, diced
4 eggs, beaten

Grease an 8x8x2 inch pan or equivalent size baking dish.
Place the hash browns in the bottom of the pan.
Mix cheeses together and sprinkle approximately 2 cups
of it over the hash browns.
Pour salsa over top of the cheese.
Spread the diced meat over the salsa.
Cover with the eggs.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
