Pork chops are marinated, then coated and baked.
baked - Teriyaki Pork Chops
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
6 to 8 pork chops, about 1 inch thick
1 envelope pork seasoned coating mix
Combine soy sauce, water, sugar, ginger and garlic in
a large food storage bag. Add pork chops. Seal and
turn from side to side to coat chops. Place in
refrigerator and marinate for 1 hour, turning several
times to coat pork.
Empty pork flavored coating mix into it's shaker bag.
Remove chops from marinade. Shake pork chops, 2 at
a time, in the bag until evenly coated.
Place pork chops in a single layer on a rack or crumpled
foil in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees F.
for 40 to 45 minutes, until pork cops are done.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
