1 large head green cabbage
1 pound ground beef
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons fat
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/2 cup hot
Recipe
Dip cabbage leaves in hot water. Dry leaves
on a clean towel.
Combine meat, salt, pepper, cooked rice and milk and
mix well. Place a tablespoon of meat mixture into
each leaf; roll leaf around meat and fasten with a
toothpick. Heat cooker; add fat and brown rolls
lightly. Sprinkle with brown sugar, add water.
Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on
vent pipe and cook 10 minutes with pressure regulator
rocking slowly. Let pressure drop of its own accord.
