1 pound Carrots, cut in quarters, lengthwise
1/4 cup Frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup Melted butter
1 tablespoon Honey or syrup
1/2 teaspoon Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Place carrots in cooker, without rack. Blend remaining
ingredients and pour over carrots. Close Cover securely.
Cook 3 minutes. Cool cooker at once.
Makes 4 servings.
