Brown Rice Pudding

1, 8 ounce/large package cook style vanilla pudding mix,
...(not instant)
3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. cooked brown rice

In a large saucepan, stir together pudding mix and milk.
Cook according to the directions on the package.
Remove the pudding from the heat and stir in the nutmeg
and cinnamon. Then stir in the rice.
Spoon the pudding into dessert dishes.
Serve warm or chilled.
Makes 8 servings.
