    Pineapple Pudding

    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 cup white sugar
    1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, in juice
    1 pinch ground cinnamon

    Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
    In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, flour, eggs
    and sugar until well blended. Stir in the crushed pineapple.
    Transfer to a small casserole dish, and sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
    Bake for 1 hour, uncovered. Serve warm.
