    List of Ingredients




    Rhubarb Custard Cake, cakemix

    1, 18 1/4 ounce yellow cake mix
    4 c. chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. whipping cream
    whipped cream and fresh mint, optional

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Prepare cake batter according to package directions.
    Pour into a greased 9x13x2 inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle with rhubarb and sugar.
    Slowly pour cream over top.
    Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
    Garnish with whipped cream and mint if desired.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
