    Red Rice #1, w/beef, in crockpot

    2 pounds ground chuck or beef
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    1, 28 ounce can stewed tomatoes
    1, 16 ounce can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 cups water
    2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder, or to taste
    2 teaspoons seasoned salt
    2 Tablepoons Worcestershire sauce
    2 cups uncooked converted rice, or white
    3 stalks finely chopped celery

    Brown beef in a frying pan. Drain off fat. Place all the ingredients in
    a crockpot/slow cooker. Stir thoroughly. Cover. Cook on low for 7 - 9
    hours, or on high for 3 hours. Stir in some grated cheese or sprinkle on
    top, if desired.
