    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tbsp. melted butter
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. rolled oats

    Recipe



    Beat egg until light; add gradually sugar. Then add remaining ingredients.
    Drop from tip of spoon on to a thoroughly buttered inverted pan. Spread
    with knife dipped in cold water, into circular shapes. Bake in slow oven
    12 minutes.
