    This frosting was used in between layers, with the top and sides left dry.

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. honey .
    2 stiffly beaten egg whites

    Recipe



    Place the honey in a saucepan and heat slowly to the boiling point.
    Cook until soft ball stage.
    Pour slowly onto the egg whites.
    Beat until the icing holds its shape.
