    Reviewing the recipes from my grandmother found this delicacy
    that brought me happy memories of childhood and made me
    re-experience the flavors of old days.
    I want you to know and share it with your family.
    It is a cake of tomatoes and the preparation is the following:

    Tomatoes + Pork Cake

    6 eggs, separated
    3 Tablespoons flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    chopped onions
    chopped tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    1/4 pound ground pork
    1/4 pound meaty bacon
    a little blob of yellow mustard
    2 sliced hard boiled eggs
    capers, if desired
    freshly chopped parsley
    1 pound ripe tomatoes soaked in a mixture of vinegar,
    ...sugar, salt, oil and pepper
    butter

    Beat egg whites to peaks, add the egg yolks without whisk, flour,
    and baking powder. Mix everything very well and pour into 2
    buttered raound cake molds, taking care not roast too much.
    Prepare a separate dish with the onions, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Cook the pork and bacon together. Chop.
    Saute the onion and tomato mixture with the meat mixture.
    When the meat is cooked add th mustard, hard boiled eggs, capers
    and parsley.
    When the oven mixture is baked place on a tray.
    Smear with butter.
    Place on top a layer of sliced tomatoes, then a layer of the meat
    mixture.
    Place another layer of tomatoes and then another layer of the
    meat mixture.
    Spray with the juice you soaked the tomatoes in.
    Make some decorations with a little bit of mustard.
