    Baked Crab + Brie Dip

    List of Ingredients

    Roaster Oven -
    Baked Crab + Brie Dip

    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    4 fnely chopped green onions, (include at least
    ...half of the green tops)
    8 ounces brie cheese, any rind removed and
    ...cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    8 ounces softened cream cheese, cut into cubes
    1 cup milk
    1 pound crabmeat, picked over
    1, 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach,
    ...thawed and squeezed dry
    1, 6 ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts,
    ...drained and chopped
    1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard

    Recipe

    Grease a shallow 2 quart casserole/baking dish.
    Saute the garlic and onion, until the onion is limp.
    Add the brie to the sauted mixture.
    Add the cream cheese and milk to the mixture.
    Cook and stir just until the cheeses melt.
    Remove from the heat and dump into a mixing bowl.
    In a bowl, mix the crab, spinach, artichoke hearts, and
    mustard, stirring gently to mix.
    Spoon into the casserole dish.
    Set into the roaster oven.
    Cover and bake at 425 degrees F. for 15 - 20 minutes or
    until lightly browned.
    Makes 8 appetizer servings.

    May be served with fresh cut vegetables, crackers or
    toasted chunks of French bread.
